This track is a self healing meditation drumming song.
Best to use headphones.

Sit in a comfortable position either on a meditation cushion or chair and breath 10 times deeply and slowly until fully relaxed.

Slow your breathing down as you sink into the drumming.
Visualize the colour orange bathing your whole body as you breath in.
When you breath out, allow all stress and negative thoughts to leave.

After a while if you want to sound along with the singing, the sound is Huum for the heart chakra.
